Per the T/A, the updated o/s share count as of yesterday is 486,485,139. 192,592,478 are restricted. The new o/s number is 13M above that currently listed on pinksheets. No suprises here as they are prudently issuing shares to raise capital for
on-going projects.

Looks like we may be seeing some additional news late next week.

Conservative estimates from management are 5M net for this year. If they hit their stride by summer with cash flow, then we should see a quick up list to OTCBB.

I wonder if they've broken ground on their new warehouse yet?
