That have to pay this much and then that much and then they get 85% and they have to spend $3 million on exploration.
So...WHEN do they have to spend that $3 million on exploration?
Do they have to spend some of it in the first year or the second or the third?
And what's this stuff about 1 cent a pound for the copper found?
What if the guys looking for the copper figure out that they will only have to pay $15 million if they don't find too much copper but $85 million if they find a lot? (apparently the MDMN guys never heard of an NSR, which typically pays 2% and with copper at $4 bucks it would get them 8 cents a pound).
This POLO deal is so amateurish, just like everything else these guys do, it's just ridiculous.
