We were passed for trading by everyone except the DTC and they made a series of demands ,

In case you have not noticed, this was revoked, not passed for trading by any entity...and those "demands" you claim the DTC made has never been corroborated by anyone except..geee..Megas!..who's credibility is less than zero based on past "performance".

Let's face it.. considering this is a stinky pink the DTCC and SEC acted quicker than normal to shut this down..and what they shut down according to TM's own filings was not NSS, but the dumping of "issued" shares/certs that were not registered..that TM covered and took responsibility for.

Any way one tries to twist this, and we've seen it all in the last 6 years..it all comes back to "what were BCIT insiders up to during the dump and what association did TM have in regards...and TM would rather have this revoked than deal with this.
