You people on Ihub cease to amaze me. First Let’s get the record straight I have never met Joe Canouse, could not tell you what he looks like or anything remotely close. Secondly, I was introduced to Quasar a week before Jeff D came into the picture, and he commissioned me as the “Georgia Financier” not Dean. Say what you want, but I, have never done not one thing to harm the shareholders or put this company in harms way. I, never did a debt wrap never pumped or dumped but instead here is the list the list of things I am responsible for:
1. I, am the one who introduced Centaflix to Quasar, and to date have been working behind the scenes to aid CentaFlix’s in acquiring Quasar.
2. I, in fact to help Quasar as you want to say pawned my wife’s fake 80 buck ring. At least what ever the amount was a sign of loyalty to Jeff D to aid him in quest to raise money in the way of a PPM in which I help pay for so that QASP could raise private Capital. Whether it was a dollar or 1,000.00 it was something and I had nothing to gain but helping the situation.
3. I, help pursue the likes of Newby, and Clayton group to recover shareholders money lost by Dean.
4. I, also was the one on the frontline defending Quasar, and introducing the new management for finance consideration.
5. I, never took a dime, just paid for my services well under 20k, and I more or less help put QASP in a better position and this the thanks I get. I, don’t need your praise just the respect in return that I have rendered to people I don’t even know and have tried to help.
6. I, have never been apart of the Dean and Joe show, but only encounter them as a necessary in moving forward with the Merger.
7. You don’t know me nor do you know Josh, but he is the only reason why you have this crap to still call a company he has continue to operate Atlantic without him you have no Company.
