I guess in general you dont understand what im saying. I think Pivotal cleaned out this shell, and bought its assets with the intent of moving themselves or some other private compnay into it when BK is over. The shell will be clean with a reasonable share structure. They will even have some of the employees of thold company. If im wrong I have an empty shell that ispretty much worthless, if im right the I make a ton.
