Is it correct that Naked shorts do not show up in that info?



Any transaction that does not settle within the time limit is contained on that list. Any short not settled is listed, since a 'naked' short can never settle since the shares do not and never did exist, are, by definition, accounted for on that list.

The next time one of the conspiracy theorists tries to tell you that those shares don't show up, ask them how a naked short share can be settled.
