Yes, the deal can fall through for any reason.

Now when you start to put together all the other paper, declarations of fund source, new accountants, independent accountants, applications to SEC, trips to Russia, meeting with Russian finance ministers, Russian money and players involved, pipe line to build by Russian finance,
funds to operate.....there is much more......
highly doubt the deal will fall! JMO
