the dtcc told the sfc that they would not clear trades because megas had no tranfer agent. why couldn't megas have just submitted proof of t/a to mr. burns? would not have cost him a dime. then they could have dealt with filings once the t/a matter was resolved. if they were yanking him around about the t/a then he could have exploded on them at that point. that whole situation did not add up anyway you try to skew it.
