Selling @ the price of their most recent PP here-


Successfully closed a financing of 22,730,000 common shares at a
price of $1.10 per common share for gross proceeds of $25 million.



Seeing as how earnings/share were .04 last quarter,it wouldn't be out of line to expect .20+ earnings/share this year with oil over $85/

Seems to me these shares should trade north of $3 within 12 months-
