I'm not sure that I understand your question, but I can assure you that there is no dilution going on.

We are very pleased to see all the volume after our recent announcements. As I've said in the past, we do not do things or make announcements with the stock price in mind. It is our belief that if we do our job and implement our Business Plan, the share price will take care of itself.
