TEN---Tricadia's people must feel very confident that there is precedent that will carry the day concerning the challenge of the FDIC for those tax refunds, or those refunds are just icing on the cake and there is another play in the works which is much more lucrative for them---and they wanted to take a position before their belief became more widely accepted or known by other CDO owners and reflected in the price they paid for those CDOs---I wouldn't bet that the trustees for the CDO holders are investing a lot of time doing DD for those debt owners---the hedge funds are the players here and many operate primarily through inside information---just like us with mikie:))))
