Rebuttal: A contact of mine has investigated Red Mars allegations and has provided facts: HEK line did have numerous breaks caused by POOR CONSTRUCTION AND INSTALLATION TECHNIQUES EMPLOYED BY CONTRACTORS - NOT UGSI (THEY DON'T INSTALL). The project was VERY profitable for UGSI and there is NO ongoing dispute that would cause UGSI to take a loss. UGSI is currently bidding more sections in both the expansion for HEK as well as new lines in other areas. Fiberglass was chosen for the expansion since it can handle the higher temperatures in SOME streams in certain areas better than PVC. NOW THESE ARE FACTS!! Sorry short seller or competitor!!! You're WRONG!!!
