Okast, If I may interject: I think the 2 RM's were done indirectly... In that, they pretty much RM'ed two separate entity companies into the one new entity that DEGH just took over... Tricky way to go about it but considering that they were able to go about it in a way that did not affect the float of DEGH while gaining 100% ownership of the newly merged entity and being able to do the whole thing 'in house' with an effective leadership and share shuffle, I'd say they did a pretty good job :) ... In terms of waiting for revenue, I think that they just need to prove up basis for the valuations and projections and the shareprice will move if market perceives the value... Many times the market reacts well in advance...
