Since they won't be disclosing how much of the S-8 was issued by the end of February, you can assume the whole 50 million was issued and is being sold to recover the cost of printing the shares and sending them to management and insiders. Probably a bunch more restricted issued also - but who knows? The overhang could be bigger than you think.
