Justin,

Sooner or later, good stocks (financially sound, that is)always move. Some examples from my other "longs:"

MOBL was brought down to 0.14's a while ago. Today is around 0.25, and trying to move more.

GDVI, was brought down to 0.04's. It's now around 0.1, and trying to move to the next level.

VFIN, broght down to 0.17's. Now trying to move above 0.25.

OSEE, brought down to 0.007, now trying to make it's move above 0.016.

With over $60MM in contracts, CIRT will also make its move soon, IMO. And when it does, I trully expect to easilly pass 0.1 short-term. One just has to have enough patience. Too many large (e.g., MM's, and financial gurus), and small (lots of Yahoo organized "tribes" that exploit the small daily variations). When the time it's right, however, all the above rather than pushing the price down, they jump in and push it where it should be (see MOBL as the best example).

In the mean time, if you believe (as I do) CIRT is a good bet, just buy more at these prices.

Mike
