No doubt we all have our own beliefs Chevy. I too was a defender of IMGG and Dean when we were hearing all the statements about where we were at in the process with labeling issues, verbiage in the manual, the infamous radioligist's review, etc.
Then the NSE letter was released, and that blew this out of the boat for me. "Had we received SE" ??? Well, the saddest part of this is, we didn't have the slimmest chance of getting approval with what was submitted, and IMO Dean had to know that was the case, because he came so short on so much that the FDA had requested.
I have never referred to this is a "scam" but it is that aspect of it that leads me in that direction now. Can anyone tell me how long it may have taken to find out what the actual contents of that NSE really were if it wasn't released, and we were counting on Dean to inform us? How long would gullable people such as myself been lead to believe we were much closer to approval than we really were?? How do you do DD on something like that? Dean submits and gets the response, so if I can't believe him as to what the response was, how else would I know? Come to find out, it is how Sano did it and the FOIA. Can you honestly tell me what we would be being told from Dean right now had that NSE letter not been released. Of course not, but I know what he WAS telling us before that happened, and it was a far cry from where we're at now. Which by the way is in limbo with no timeline for resubmission and some 3 phase plan nobody has ever heard of before, and NOBODY ON RECORD has seen the DVIS perform except Dean year after year.
Circumstatial evidence, coincidence, call it whatever you want regarding the history or story of the DVIS to date, but if you go back to the very beginning and follow the timeline, this truly does have "scam" written all over it, and I will now refer to it as such until proven otherwise. Which will come first, REALTIME 3D images from Dean, or the Cubs win the Worls Series? I'm bettin heavy on the Cubs!
