The shares issued for services are usually not restricted, I agree with you.
The company coudnt even pay its CPA in Dec 2010, so he(Newton) resigned.
So 4 months later they are spending hand over fist??

and some here dont think they are using stock?

A/s 700mil O/s 574mil or so there is still 125mil shares left to spend if they desire.
