I saw the .03 this morning. Has someone else spoke to Markle's office regarding the reason why the oral hearing was "passed" and why the case has been rescheduled again?

Has anyone gotten any email responses from the BOD / Calypso over the last two months?

Has anyone spoken to the Court to get additional information as to why the case was rescheduled to a new dockett? Especially since additional discovery and whatnot has been denied?
