The AS for CXLL was 20 Million in 2007 and the SAME in 2011. Over 1/2 of the AS is locked up with the Board of Directors and has NEVER changed.

There is only a possible 9 million shares for this to run with.

Not a lot of shares when news hits...

9 million shares and BIG NEWS = KABOOM!
