ccel can always drop, like couple years ago when it was under a buck, but could not buy any, as I was 100% in the stock, last purchase was in the 1.10s range. As for cbai, might have a bargain there, but need to know what they are able to buy. I do not think the cMex will be that great, but I do not know until I see the F/S.
