If you could show that Theracour has 3 employees, then surely you would.

As for the claim that NNVC has 10 employees, I have reason not to trust that either.

We are now supposed to believe that up to 13 employees between the two companies work at the same location, and none of them are capable of answering a phone?

How can you be so sure how many employees each company has, when NNVC isn't even sure?

From the most recent 10-K...filed on 10/13/2010...

(Page 58) "As of June 30, 2010, the Company had six full time employees."

(Page 69): "As of the date of this filing, we have three employees..."

Wait. Perhaps they are sure. According to the above, between June and October of last year they cut half the staff.

Is this supposed to be encouraging?
