Yes, the people that have continued to buy on the way down
are now averaged at very low prices. Now that the people that
were sabotaging BEHL have scurried like the rats that they are,
BEHL's new management team will turn the company around and
the investors who have held on and averaged down will,IMO, be
back in the black very soon.
