If you are saying that Michaels is going to acquire IWDM then we are talking about something different.

I believe IWDM would be a nice bolt on acquisition for a radio company or other group in the business, $20 million price tag may be a bit steep maybe around $15 million if that comes with Exclusive Bubba rights for years to come. Remember the only thing you are buying with IWDM is access to Bubba. All the music and business functions are not proprietary and any company can put those together.

At $15 million that equals a share price of .14, seems reasonable to me.
