Thank you for letting me know. I did read the report. See my posts a couple of weeks ago.

* current 10k is worst ever 10K
* No sale at all in previous year
* Huge debt and OS shares.

I know these before I bought into this. Why?

* current 10K and previous 10k were very similar. If they are about to be busted, they should not release this current 10K, so for me current 10k is of the past now.
* Sale will pickup from now on. Before March 13, no demand whatsoever for the product of this firm. All is changed.
* still don't like that huge os. But I hope they dilute this time to use some of these funds for business operation like stack up inventory etc....

It is very risky stock but it is worth to place some here.
