Q: Can you provide details on the 368M share
retirement...how that happened with a 32M OS?
A: I'll go back and retrace the math - But I do know off hand that
The bloc was in common for about 3 days then swapped up into preferred.

Q: Did those shares have anything to do with the $20M financing...Or were they
issued for other reasons during November?
A: These shares are not anything to do with financing

A: Slow but sure

Q: VoIPLabs, Inc. and VoIPLabs Holdings, Inc/Ontus merger?
A: More progress but I'm not in a hurry

Q: Progress on new Tela website build
A: Its built

Q: How about upcoming PR? Any hints?
A: Nope :)

Q: Guidance confirmation for 2Q....at least confirm contract PRs
A: Maybe - we'll see

Q: Ever hear of VoIPlus . com?
A: Yup
