It does NOT mean they are legitimate. Look at the terms, Kodiak can buy at 85% of the VWAP market price...Which means they can simply sell it for a profit, every time (or better yet, short it first then buy it).

Kodiak is not taking any risk and does not need to keep any shares at any time.
