As for dulution I guess you can look at what the CEO the way you want. My feeling is that I fully eapected he would sell shares to raise some more working capital. I mean isn't that why you issue them in the first place? I am glad he did as now he has the funds to expand and get some expenses of the table.I also think when he said no worry about dilution he was saying that once he puts that money to use the share price will come back! People can take it either way they want and no one knows who is correct.No one!!! But to me it looks like he is a go getter and is putting our money to good use. The PPS is no concern to me but I guess thats because I am looking long range. If I was just trying to flip it than I wouldn't be to happy.I would be trying to get the PPS down so I could flip it. But as we can see the share price is starting to go back up which as a flipper I wouldn't like. But like I said I am looking at long term so really I am happy that we are makeing steady gains.But no matter if your a flipper or are in this for the long haul good luck to all!
