New and certainly unsure of what to think about all of this.

I'll admit I am brand new to investing and trying figure it all out as I go along. I stumbled across this forum about a week ago and have been following the ADSV thread intently for the last week. I am certainly not an invested in the millions of shares, but am in for just under a million shares and finally felt compelled to register and post.

For the last week, I could have had an opportunity to double my investment twice, had I dumped and got back in. However I didn't, hoping that what was being said about the court case would lead me to a substantial return. I, like many others, am completely unsure at this point.

Since I got into this stock, I have tried to find any "official" information directly related to the events of the week. I, I'm sure like many others, could not find anything positive or negative. Everything that I have seen so far is, at best, rumors of he said she said, until today.

The information regarding the "fake PR" was certainly interesting and even disheartening. I, like many others, are certainly curious as to why ADSV would not make an immediate statement to their share holders regarding this disturbing information. If the information is false, it would ease the minds of their investors. If the information is true, what does ADSV have to gain by withholding that information until tomorrow?

I tend to aggree with some, that Hoffer has nothing to gain from the information that was released, if it is a complete falacy. However, apparently I'm not educated enough to know what benefit there would be, if any.

I does seem mildly annoying, putting it lightly, that so many people seem to post strong support for or against investing in ADSV based solely off of, what seems to be, unsubstantiated information. What I mean by this is, I have yet to really see any truely official information regarding any specifics.

Maybe I'm wrong, but at this point, if the "false PR" is correct and ADSV is delaying informing investors can we really salvage our investment before it's too late?

If it's false and ADSV is getting a settlement, like most of us hope, it should prove to be a great day for us.

I guess, at this point, I am just resolved to equating my investment to placing my shares on black or red and seeing what the ball lands on tomorrow. Terrible investment strategy, I know, but what else can be done right this moment?
