It comes from the Auxer Group (AXGI) dividend. AXGI is now VIVI.

It is a little late (about 2 years). To the surprise of Harvey Westbury, I was able to buy some shares at 1.5 cents today. They did not think it could be traded yet but I was able to buy some through Scottrade (not online but over the phone).

There is not much supply as not many people know they can sell their dividends. Myself and a few of my friends have buy orders but I was the only one getting a partial fill.
