positive? Really?

When you find that the company dumps shares at steep discounts for cash, the stock price is likely to tank.

When the CEO claims no dilution concern, while heavily diluting, would you trust anything spewed by the company after that?

When the company hypes Oronnoco revenues repeatedly, but fails to tell investors that 95 cents of every revenue dollar is in the cost column, does it sound more like pumping to dump dilutive shares?
