Either way....

It will be a win win considering our shareprice today. They just need to finalize everything complete with PR's....

Another thought, the solar deal could soon follow a week or two after the completion of the AB (Wuhan) Biotech Co. Ltd deal.

This could be the stock that keeps on giving. Get a nice runup on the the first subsidiary and after consolidation the solar deal goes through.

What we do know is they have NOT come out and say the solar deal is off the table, which I believe they would, if that were the case.
