I have been observing on the other stocks that I am following, a PR that does not involve financials is not triggering a run. I observed this pattern only in the last few weeks.

I hope and wish that when TDAF is ready with a PR, they have real numbers associated with it...ie estimated total contract value. I know Govt. contracts are huge but even a small number in the PR makes a big difference

Anyone observe the same or disagree?
