NB3 you make an excellent point

"that is better then news. its is basicly a contract. the pr about it was just a plan with out this 8k. pink companys always put out prs that clam bs about people buying stock above the current price. they use those kind of prs to pump and then dump and them later say they change there mind. the 8 k is a binding contract no way out of it. that is better then the pr."

the significance to me, inside investors have placed a .05 pps
on PCFG!!! I was harping on this a wile back, but obviously savy investers were waiting for the 8K to back it up>

PS i am going to send you DRAGON for christmas or when PCFG hits .12 which ever comes first
