As far as the FLD concept being illegal I disagree with your opinion and I know you disagree with mine. My opinion is that there is absolutely nothing wrong if a bunch of like minded investors choose to buy/hold and accumulate shares in a small company allowing that company the time it needs to grow. As the supply of shares dwindled the price per share should increase inducing some selling. Once the buying and selling are in balance then the price should be stable. That is how are markets are supposed to work. If however non existant shares are being illegally sold into the market we have a whole different kettle of fish and those who sold them should be ordered to buy them back regardless of the premium they have to pay for them. Go CDIV!!!
