Yes the last filing was in Nov 2010 (a few months ago). That being said why would the company go through the hassle of putting together all those filings if they didnt have anything lined up? Why would the company update their website from univec.com to univecinc.com if they didn't have something in store for us?
I wish you the best in your technical play, I am sitting back and taking my chances for a longer term reward.
