If I were someone that had shorted this or passed a bad cert and they are obvious fakes, then I would be on the hook for that and terribly afraid if this ever traded again. And if I were in that position I might try to do anything to impede the progress of resumption of trading and or discourage anyone else from following or keeping shares in this stock.
People were calling various entities in the past impersonating investors, so some people would do anything to see this liability on their part just go away.
And if I were the hypothetical person I described I would be less happy that we are revoked then if trading had resumed in some quiet fashion.
And someone posted here that they were trying to arrange a buy out in 2005. Who? Why? What price? Funny to hear about it now after 5 plus years. If I were trying to cover up a scam I was part of a buy out might have been a perfect way to squirm out of a bad position and if my offered was rebuffed, then turning on Mr. Megas does seem like a possibility.
Being revoked is a scary place for some, they are locked in and frozen, but not released from past deeds.
