At the present time, me paying fpr a solar installation is not worth it.

My Elect bill was less than $30 last month. When they start looking for volunteers to allow the systems to be installed on roof tops and then selling what is used to the homeowner with the extra going to those that use more, then I will volunteer.

Just not worth it at the present time. I live by myself and minimize the Utility bills. Gas for heating has been off for over a month as I put on socks, sweatpants and a sweatshirt. But today I am in a T-shirt and shorts.
