So these boosters only use 1.8 to 1.9 amps? That is nothing. It funny because all the critics of the hydrogen booster technology will all say that the technology will not work because:

"it takes more energy—in to spin the alternator to make the electricity and generate the HHO—than you get back."

This proves the critics wrong. 2 amps is nothing, your car would not even notice a 2 amp draw. The radio uses more power.
