Homer the truth is that after years of hearing about NDA's and special RSNA meeting across the hall with Toshiba and other OEM/s...not one announcement of a partnering deal or even cooperation on a trial. Nada nothing. They most likely have some NDA's but it means nothing until a deal is struck. If I was not getting anywhere with he FDA after years of having a go...I would use my extensive years of industry experience and go get a real partner. That didn't happen and forebodes what is to transpire next. which is obviously a cash squeeze that will just cascade out of control. Dean now must pay lawyers and consultants to the tune of 500+/ hour in addition to his many judgment creditors and his bloated SG&A.
