My responce to Amy was responded by Frank is being forwarded to management. It was not kind. If I get a responce from the CEO I will update.

I made it very clear and did not hold back from Seaside right up to this deal. Trully pathetic to think they would sell shares at these levels.

They talk about shareholders in every PR but not one shread of evidense from Seaside until now have had sharholders interest.

After this deal anybody who buys any offerings from CGS are entire idiots especially if they have any expectations of a l-term investment. Possibly a trade and that is highly speculative at this point IMO.
