Omg, is it really that difficult.. They raised the as for a reason...
When they issue restricted shares to anyone for any reason, they will also issue shares to the controlling parties so to maintain controlling interest...
The point I'm trying to get across is that the increase in the float shows progress.... I do not believe that the controlling parties sold or will sell their interest... only that the company has freed up shares to raids raise capital as needed... Not already sold shares, as that isn't what a float is... Its simply the unrestricted OS.. unless you are an inside, I doubt you know the restricted OS... This is all part of a process..
