While writing you an update to the situation I quickly realized it would take multiple pages and would border on an MBA Thesis.

Mostly on what NOT to do with a company that was making good oil production and had $10’s of millions in assets in 2008.

Of course when I came on with PGPM in late 2009/2010 the wells were all plugged or being plugged due to 2 years of ACLY neglect.

I will over time submit many more documents to the Data Room showing where the company stands today.

I will also have another conference call within the next few weeks.
