This "news" has a slight pre-financing flavor to it.

It's not as if this is all brand new and all these agreements were signed in the past 72 hours so they were required to tell shareholders via an 8-K.

Not really sure what the purpose of this is, other than them FINALLY disclosing information which they have been withholding for a long time now.
