All I saw was a summary, though I did not give much effort to seeing the whole filing.

There seems to be a constant negative thread around Bean. Everyone sees him as an idiot, but if he is doing what you say, and I have no reason to tell otherwise, it appears he is a fairly good businessman. Anytime you can pay yourself to do work at a company as well as for rent, consultants, and whatever else might be on the table, you are way ahead of the game.

Sadly, from my understanding, my little investment is heading south, the quotes (asks) just keep coming down.

Why would RM push this up? How would he aquire other companies if the company has no cash? I just dont understand why everyone feels so sure that this will be a 220M company anytime soon. Is there something that I dont know that is glaring in my face?
