Davidal66 - I haven't the vaguest idea on what the per share sale price might be. All I know is that it shouldn't be any less then the current $0.13. (But it could be. :) ) So I guess I don't even know that.

My hope is that I will be pleasantly surprised. My heart tells me that I probably won't be. It just needs to get done at this point. Management has gone comatose on us. No news - no guidance - and no progress. They haven't hit a time projection in four years or more. Let's stick a fork in it and be on our way.
