1)What are you Ron, going to do, to give back (what has been lost due to an unfortunate chain of events in the industry) to once again create a company (that withstood those times) that will continue to flourish, strengthen and most of all create value for its shareholders?

2)What is the strategy going forward to generate growth in shareholder value?

3) The stated strategy of growth via aggressive acquisition hit a big snag when the financial collapse and project delays caused cash flows to decrease to where DDI was unable to meet financial obligations (covenants). Is that still the plan or has there been a change in priorities?

4)With many countries adopting stricter "local content" regs on labor, what are the primary international opportunities that DDI is focused on? Are there any plans to form or acquire foreign subsidiaries?

Ask if you can take some photos of the flying lead fabrication areas on the East end of the shop (visible in Google Earth but dated) and the CNC plasma cutter in operation

Ask if you can meet a couple of the engineers and get a generalized comment from them on what type of design work they do.

Ask if you can whack one of the riser buoyancy modules with a 2 by 4 (hillbilly FAT) and watch for the expression on their face, that should give a subjective measure of confidence in their durability

7)Generally what areas of IP/technology/facilities are they looking to share or integrate in the JV?

8)Is the company willing to become more open in its reports, detailing the flotation "acquisition," company operations, revenues, and costs by division?

9)Is the company willing to remove the By-laws and Amendments that forced shareholders (other than the Channelview holders) into an impotent position?

10)Is the company willing to hold a shareholders meeting via Internet?

11)What ever happened to the Proteus system? Have any beyond the original two been built?
