Red...can you provide the link to the Deleware sos that shows the a/s to be 15b.

I can't seem to find it...it appears that you have to pay a fee in order to receive the info.

Sorry, but I doubt you put out the $10 to $20 bucks it costs to obtain additional information.

If so...please provide your proof.
