Over 3 yrs ago this company was based in Texas and run by Billy King. He was into oil and had claims in Texas and Wyoming. It never worked out, then Billy got involved in solar energy and started talking to a company in CA about acquiring that company in hopes to getting federal money for green energy. The Stock Name MGRN stayed dorment until this year when Philip Saratu purchased the rights to the stock name and changed the direction of the company as you see it today. I am not sure why companies do that. Before Billy King bought the rights to use the symbol MGRN it was called Blue Fish, a company in Florida that made clothes, sometimes you will find an old press release that still says MGRN is Blue Fish.
