You've missed the point, it has been confirmed by the company but that's not good enough for you but it's all you're going to get. I've got a feeling if the auditors did confirm it for you you'd be complaining because the managing partner at the audit firm wasn't the one who confirmed it so you couldn't trust the information. His is a not so ingenious way for you to try to plant seeds of doubt by complaining about something that isn't even possible for any company, not just SNEY.
