Rick doesn't necessarily work with the foundation as he's not in country etc. Sure there is communication and he speaks highly of Janet sweeny and Robert melamede, enough so that he would let her copy right the Phoenix tears name. There is an association Robert is in charge of perfecting the oil at the foundation and their releasing the new recipe in less than 60 days. Sure he gets paid for it, but Phoenix tears doesn't really have the financing to mass produce the oil etc. Cbis would be that if they chose to go that route. We know they work closely together. But basically what I'm saying is aside from having this possibility on the table right now I can't imagine what else cbis would have aside from fluff.
